Support took a bit longer than I expected to get back to me, haha, but they did end up sorting out my question in the end.

"The smell was just too much for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the scent was a lot. It’s super sweet and perfumey, and it just clings to my hair all day. After a while I felt like I’d been passed around a perfume counter, and it ended up giving me a headache. It might work fine for other people, but I couldn’t get past the smell.

"Wish I’d checked the ingredients first"
I bought this and only really looked closely at the ingredient list afterward, which is on me, but I definitely wish I’d checked before ordering. For the price, it felt a bit cheap and not really like what I thought I was getting. I also didn’t notice any improvement in my hair, so I’d rather not risk buying from Botanixhair again

"Worked better than I expected"
I didn’t expect much because most hair products make my scalp itch quickly. I figured this would probably be the same, but it actually surprised me. After using it a few times, I didn’t get any burning, redness, or irritated patches. My hair felt clean too, which was a nice bonus. Really glad I gave Botanixhair a try.

"Some weeks I noticed a difference, some weeks I didn’t"
I used this for a little while, i was mostly paying attention to how my hair looked on wash days. A few weeks it did seem softer and a bit healthier, but then other times I’d look in the mirror and feel like nothing really changed. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just kind of inconsistent for me. I might give it another shot later, but I’m still on the fence

"Didn’t really do anything for me"
I tried this for a few weeks my hair don’t feel any different. If anything, it maybe feels a little drier than before. I was hoping for some kind of improvement, but the results was just not there. Not worth the money for me.

"Took a few weeks, but I finally noticed a difference"
I started using this back in March and didn’t notice much in the beginning... Around week 6 though, I started seeing tiny baby hairs along my hairline, and I wasn’t shedding as much in the shower! I’m still using it, and so far I’m happy with the results.

Ive been using this for a bit and my hair looks a lot shinier and healthier now. I noticed it most when I saw some photos of myself. It just looks less dull and feels nicer overall.

I ordered from botanixhair.com and the hair was better than I expected. It feels soft and looks natural, not super shiny or fake-looking. It did shed a little after I washed it, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it, and I’d probably order again as long as the price stays reasonable.

"I liked a few of the products..."
I liked a few of the products on Botanixhair, but the pricing was kind of a clown show. I thought I had the total figured out, then extra costs popped up later like some annoying little surprise nobody asked for.
Maybe I missed something, sure, but the full price should be way easier to see upfront. It’s not the worst site ever, but that checkout setup felt shady and made the whole experience more irritating than it needed to be.

"Took forever to show up"
I was annoyed with how long this took to arrive. The shipping was really slow and I didnt expect to be waiting that much, so it kinda put me off

"My hair does seem a little thicker"
After about 2 months, I do feel like my hair looks a bit thicker, so I can’t say it didn’t work. That said, it took a while, and for the price I’m still not totally sure it’s worth it. To be fair, I probably wasn’t as consistent as I should’ve been because life got busy, so maybe that affected the results too.

I checked the order when it showed up, well, after opening it and then remembering what I’d actually picked, and yeah, everything matched. No weird surprises, nothing missing, nothing to complain about really. It was just one of those simple, smooth orders where it shows up and you think, okay, great, that’s handled.

"Feels a bit too pricey for how much you get"
I was a little let down by the amount in the bottle. It looked like it’d be bigger from the pictures, but when it showed up it was kinda small. The product itself is fine, no real complaints there, but for the price I just thought there’d be more of it. I went through it faster than expected too. Not terrible or anything, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they started giving you more in the pack.

"My hair felt more hydrated after a few uses"
I started using this last week, and by the third or fourth day I noticed my hair felt a lot less dry. The moisture seems to last well through the day, which has been nice since my hair usually starts feeling rough again by evening.
